  • PRE-LICENSING
    • (60 Hours / $450.00)  Also known as the "First Year Sales" course -- Mandated by the State of South Carolina before sitting the Real Estate Agent (Provisional) Licensing Exam.
 
  • POST-LICENSING 
    • (30 Hours / $275.00)  Also known as the "Final Sales" course -- Mandated by the State of South Carolina in order to upgrade a Provisional Agent's license to Permanent status.  This course is divided into   5 x 6hr modules delivered individually.

 

  • PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
    • (30 Hours / $299.00)  This is the 30-hour course required by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission to obtain a Property Manager's license.  
                                                                                                                                                                  
 
Schedule 
PRE-LICENSING:   8 sessions x 8hrs over 2 weeks (Day) OR 15 sessions x 4hrs over 7 1/2 weeks  [Night]
 
POST-LICENSING:   5 sessions x 6hrs over 1 week (Day) OR 2 sessions/week x 3hrs over 5 weeks (Night)

 

                      PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:   4 sessions x 8 hrs over 1 week OR Sat/Sun x 2 weekends



Curriculum 

PRE-LICENSING:   Topics include: Real Property, Governmental Controls and Laws Affecting Real Estate,    Real Estate Contracts, Agency, Ethics, South Carolina Real Estate License Law, and much more.

 

POST-LICENSING:   Topics include: Laws of Agency; Real Estate Contracts; Ethics and Real Estate; Measurement, Valuation and Market Analysis; Fair Housing

                               

                      PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:    Topics include: Professional Property Management, Owner

                      Relations, Lease Negotiations, Tenant Relations, Federal and State Laws, and more.

 
Real Estate Agent Licensing Requirements 

PROVISIONAL AGENT

     60 Hours Education (Pre-Licensing) AND passage of SC state Agent Licensing Exam

    Must be 18yrs old AND hold High School Diploma OR GED
AGENT 
    90 Hours Education (60 Hrs Pre | 30 Hrs Post-Licensing)

    12 months sales experience as a Licensed Provisional Agent

                      PROPERTY MANAGER

                                30 Hours Education AND passage of SC state Property Manager Licensing Exam

                          Must be 18yrs old AND hold High School Diploma OR GED
